How to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)?

A License Practical Nurse’s job is to take care of patients who are sick, recovering from surgery, or patients who are disabled. Like CNAs, License Practical Nurses tend to get close to the patients because they, too, provide bedside care. Before becoming an LPN, you must pass a licensing examination called National Council Licensure Examination. LPN coursing classes can be found online as well as colleges. The courses and training to become a LPN usually take about a year to a year and a half.
